Come and train in the studio outside of class and PT times, workout of the week (WOTW) will be written on the chalkboard for you to do while your there! maximum of 2 people per hour. the studio will be unmanned during open gym sessions.

Open gym slots during the night for shift workers are available but have to be booked directly through Chris.
